Consulting and speaking for business leaders

Stop leaking value.

Clearer offers. Stronger customer return. Less decision drag. Better execution.

What Comes Next

Your business may already be creating more value than it can price, package, deliver, or repeat.

Most owners do not need more information. They need a sharper read on where the value they already create is getting lost: in the offer, pricing, team habits, customer path, founder bottleneck, or delivery system.

Price & Offer

Break out of commodity pricing and make the offer easier to understand, trust, buy, and defend.

Customer & Delivery

Increase return per customer, reduce headache per job, and remove work that does not improve customer value.

Founder & Team

Move judgment out of the founder’s head so the team can protect, repeat, and improve value without constant rescue.

Consulting

Find where value is leaking before you rebuild anything.

Most owners do not need more advice. They need a clearer read on where value is getting underpriced, misunderstood, delayed, wasted, or trapped inside the founder.

Consulting is for the moment when you need clarity, pressure testing, or a next move before committing to a larger build. We can look at the offer, the team, the customer story, the current model, the margin leaks, or the operating drag — then identify the smallest useful move that changes what the business can carry.

  • Commodity pricing pressure
  • Offer clarity
  • Customer return
  • Founder bottlenecks
  • Team alignment
  • Operating drag

Deeper Consulting

Rebuild the system around what actually creates value.

Talk Through Consulting

Sometimes the value is real, but the current structure limits how far it can go. The offer may blur it. The team may not carry it. The pricing may miss it. The customer may not recognize it.

Deeper consulting rebuilds the pieces of the business that carry value: offers, roles, handoffs, customer experience, pricing logic, sales motion, internal story, operating rhythm, and long-term value capture.

  • Pricing and packaging
  • Customer lifecycle
  • Delivery flow
  • Role clarity
  • Operating rhythm
  • New offer opportunities

About Ken

Ken sees the gap between what a business creates, what customers understand, what teams repeat, and what the business actually captures.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked where communication, leadership, sales, operations, and business development collide with real constraints — classrooms, barns, sales conversations, leadership rooms, customer problems, farm systems, service businesses, product decisions, and broken handoffs.

That range matters because business is not just what you say. It is what your offer says. What your pricing says. What your team repeats. What your customer experiences. What your systems make possible. What your delivery proves.

Most businesses already carry more value than they know how to transmit. The story gets blurred. The structure gets noisy. The founder keeps rescuing what the business should be able to carry.

My work is to find where that value is getting lost, name the real story, and rebuild the pieces that help it move. As a consultant, I help leaders see what the business is actually carrying and what needs to change next. As a speaker, I help rooms find language for the pressure they already feel — so people leave with a clearer way to see the work in front of them.

I am not here to make the business sound smarter. I am here to help it carry more of the value it was built to deliver.

Ken Hendrix
Speech Communication

I was trained to pay attention to how meaning moves between people, rooms, teams, customers, and receivers. That matters because business communication is rarely just words. A company can say one thing while its offer, price, process, and customer experience say something else entirely.

Practical Business Development

I have built offers, lead magnets, sales motion, web pages, customer paths, and value-adding programs where the story had to become something people could act on. I am not guessing from a theory deck. I have had to turn value into a thing people understand, trust, buy, and use.

Operational Reality

I have worked inside service, product, farm, facility, and customer-facing systems where ideas have to survive people, timing, money, habits, constraints, and delivery. That keeps the work honest. A good idea is not enough if the system cannot carry it.

Leadership Translation

A founder often carries more judgment than the team can see. My work helps translate that judgment into language, rhythm, decisions, and behavior a team can repeat without constant rescue. The point is not to clone the founder. It is to help the business carry more of what makes the founder valuable.

Story & Experience Design

I look at story as more than messaging. Story shows up in the offer, the room, the handoff, the price, the expectation, the delivery, and the memory the customer carries afterward. The goal is an experience customers want to receive, remember, repeat, and return to.
